We are hiring a agile and customer-oriented Service Advisor for our automobile service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, preparing estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend walk-in customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements
- Explain vehicle repair and maintenance services to customers
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and billing entries
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and service updates
- Recommend additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages
- Follow up with customers for approvals and delivery updates
- Maintain customer database and service records
- Handle billing, payment collection, and basic sales activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain proper front desk and service area coordination

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic automobile and vehicle servicing knowledge
- Sales and upselling ability




- Computer knowledge (Excel/Billing Software)
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills

Qualification:

- Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Automobile-related background preferred

Experience:

- 1–3 years preferred
- Freshers with good communication and automobile knowledge can also apply
