Job Description: HR Executive (Fresher)

About the RoleVibrant Publishers is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our HR department with recruitment, documentation, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and be passionate about innovative recruitment practices. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who is organized, social, and has a basic understanding of HR laws.

Key Responsibilities● Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.● Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies.● Coordinate and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.● Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.● Provide administrative support for HR functions such as payroll, benefits,



and performance management.● Keep track of and ensure compliance with basic HR laws and regulations.● Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all employee-related documentation.● Assist with employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.● Innovative and creative approach to recruitment.● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.● Social, approachable, and able to build rapport with people.● Basic understanding of HR laws and policies.● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
