Roles & Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products to drive sales
- Present product offerings, assist in decision-making, prepare estimates, and complete sales transactions
- Achieve category-wise sales targets and support customers with returns or repair processes
- Follow store SOPs, cost-control measures, and ensure smooth daily store operations
- Manage inventory by tracking opening/closing stock, reporting sales, and ensuring timely replenishment
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising at the counters
- Secure stock by transferring to lockers at day-end and preventing theft through vigilance
- Monitor slow-moving (dead) stock and coordinate with the store manager to minimize losses
- Build market awareness by maintaining relationships and learning from competitors’ best practices




- Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve store performance and satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally as per company guidelines

Requirements

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

- 3–5 years in Jewelry / Apparel / Fashion Accessories / Retail sector
- 2–3 years in a similar role

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong customer handling and sales skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-oriented with result-driven approach
- Relationship-building skills
- Basic digital/retail system knowledge

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
