Role Overview

Rahane Media is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to start their career in B2B sales. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, learning the sales process, and promoting outdoor advertising solutions such as billboards and hoardings to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits and networking
- Generate leads, engage potential clients across industries, and convert them into business
- Pitch outdoor advertising solutions (billboards, hoardings, etc.) to prospective clients
- Meet key decision-makers (e.g., marketing managers) and present media offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations as part of the sales process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Eligibility Criteria

- Master / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident, presentable, and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable with field work
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) preferred
