We are looking for a highly skilled as Account Manager with 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the Retail Industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L;) management, strong financial acumen, payout processing, and excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and other financial reports.

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, finance, and payout processing at a senior level.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Present financial data to senior management with strong analytical and presentation skills.

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.

- Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.





- Collaborate with internal teams for cost control, tax planning, and audit processes.

Requirements:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ Experience: 8-10 years in accounting & finance, preferably in the Retail Industry.

✅ Skills:

- Strong knowledge of P&L; management, financial reporting, and payout processing.

- Expertise in accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Tally or equivalent.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead financial operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
