Job Summary

We are seeking a Candidate who are willing to train him/her self into deep knowledgeable field of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the AR lifecycle, ensuring timely collections, and resolving complex billing denials. As a new hire, you will be expected to bring learning and implementing in Medical Billing and a strategic approach to revenue cycle management to minimise DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

Background: What is DME and AR:

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing is the process of submitting claims to insurance payers for medical equipment that is:

- Durable (can withstand repeated use)
- Medically necessary

DME AR refers to the outstanding payments owed to a DME supplier by:

- Insurance payers
- In simple terms, it’s the money that has been billed but not yet collected for DME products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- AR Management: Proactively follow up on outstanding claims with insurance carriers to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Denial Resolution: Analyse, appeal, and resolve denied claims related to DME billing, ensuring all corrective actions are documented.
- Platform Expertise:



Utilise Medical billing software to manage patient accounts and track claim status
- Compliance: Ensure all billing activities strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and payer-specific DME guidelines.
- Documentation: Review and verify medical necessity documentation, CMNs (Certificate of Medical Necessity), and prior authorisations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Eligible Candidates: Fresher with good Communication skills with respect to the domain ( BA, BBA, BCom).
- Software Proficiency: Good MS Office and Excel on-hand knowledge
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional interaction with US-based insurance providers.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in a night shift environment to align with US business hours. (5:30 PM to 2:30 PM)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,808.00 per month
