About the Role

Udayan Care is hiring a Trainer – Broadband Technician to train underserved youth in broadband and telecom technologies under its skill development initiatives. The role focuses on providing practical and classroom-based training in FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home), broadband installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service skills to prepare candidates for employment in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical and practical training on:
- FTTH & broadband technologies
- Fiber splicing and cabling
- Router & CPE configuration
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Deliver field demonstrations and real-time practical exposure.
- Use PPTs, videos, simulations, and updated training material.
- Conduct assessments, track trainee progress, and provide remedial support.
- Train students in soft skills, workplace communication, teamwork, and customer handling.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and placement opportunities.
- Maintain attendance, reports, feedback, and assessment records.




- Coordinate with placement teams, mobilizers, and program managers.

Eligibility / Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecom, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience in FTTH technologies and telecom field operations.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
