We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive for our consultancy.

Location - Chatarpura , Goner Road , Jaipur , Rajasthan

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Can handle source profiles for BPO and handle Call Center positions.
- Vendor Management and stakeholder management .
- Prepare current and future pipeline for the assigned positions.
- Can handle bulk hiring.
- Carry out regular reporting on recruitment metrics.

Required Skills:-

- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
- Excellent team management skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills, a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
