Job Role

- The successful candidate’s primary responsibility would be to train our students in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures in cell phone repairing.
- Should be able to follow the syllabus in a systematic and timely manner and assist the trainees in a skilled way .
- Should cover all maintenance and repair techniques during the time given.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct theory sessions on the software and hardware of mobiles
- Conduct practical sessions on repairing and maintenance of mobiles
- Conduct training sessions on effective customer service
- Develop modules, activities and materials for effective training




- Teach soldering, resetting, formatting and unlocking of both GSM and CDMA phones
- Conduct evaluation of the candidates periodically and provide meaningful feedback post completion
- Complete the training programs on time
- Acclimatize the candidates towards real world job expectations

Experience

- A minimum of 4 years work experience
- Candidates with relevant experience in mobile repair training preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office

Education

- Graduates
- A Certificate Course/Diploma in Repair & Maintenance of Cellular phone
