We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our online presence across search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM) and be passionate about driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform on-page SEO for websites and landing pages.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Implement basic technical SEO best practices.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO reports.

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

- Manage and optimize social media profiles.
- Plan and schedule content across platforms.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas.
- Respond to comments and support community engagement when required.

SMM (Social Media Marketing)

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Track ad budgets, conversions, and key performance metrics.
- Generate regular campaign performance reports.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO,



and SMM fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO best practices.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Performance Expectations

This is a target-driven role. The candidate will be responsible for achieving measurable growth in:

- Organic website traffic
- Keyword rankings
- Social media engagement and follower growth
- Lead generation and conversions
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva or basic graphic editing.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation is a plus.
