Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Engineer/Asst. Manager Sales is responsible for direct sales, key account management, and business development for the HkVA (High kVA) gensets. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the industrial and commercial sectors.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or manufacturing equipment sales.





- Proven track record in handling large corporate clients, key accounts, and direct industrial sales.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in power backup solutions, gensets, or industrial acoustic enclosures.

- Knowledge of commercial bidding, tendering, and contract negotiation.

- Familiarity with technical sales, specifications, and industrial compliance standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
