Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Budgeting & Planning Executive with hands-on experience in costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate budgets, analyzing project costs, and supporting project planning to ensure cost efficiency and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Cost Planning

- Prepare project budgets based on design drawings and client requirements
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight variances
- Assist in financial planning and cost control throughout the project lifecycle

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) & Estimation

- Prepare and review BOQs based on GFC drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, MEP, and interior fit-out works
- Ensure BOQ accuracy and alignment with project scope

Costing & Rate Analysis

- Conduct detailed rate analysis for materials, labor, and services
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs

Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for cost inputs




- Support project planning in line with budgets and timelines
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with cost plans

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports (budget vs actual, cost analysis, forecasting)
- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, and approvals
- Provide regular updates to management on project financial status

Vendor & Procurement Support

- Assist in vendor selection based on cost and quality parameters
- Review and validate vendor quotations against BOQ and budget

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management
- 2–6 years of experience in interior fit-out costing and planning
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Good understanding of interior materials (plywood, gypsum, glass, flooring, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cost sheets)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,235.92 - ₹59,854.44 per month
