We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Procurement Head, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and global procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

- Identify, assess, and onboard potential suppliers across regions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with key vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong, cooperative supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Procurement Process Management

- Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle — from requisition to payment.
- Create, review, and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Streamline procurement workflows for improved efficiency and transparency.

Strategic Procurement & Governance

- Implement global procurement strategies to optimize cost and value.




- Collaborate with finance and business units to align procurement with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal standards, and sustainability practices.
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in procurement systems and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical, financial, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.
