Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MII Consultant to design, develop, and support manufacturing integration solutions that bridge shop-floor systems with SAP ERP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MII, including BLS development, UI5 dashboards, and real-time data acquisition from PLCs, MES, and external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop manufacturing dashboards, KPIs, and reports using SAP MII, UI5, and HTML5.
- Develop Business Logic Services (BLS) for data processing and real-time integration.
- Integrate SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) with plant systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, Historians).
- Implement interfaces using web services, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and XML.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to digitize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain custom MII applications for production order tracking, quality inspection, downtime analysis, etc.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize BLS logic and database queries.
- Create technical documentation, user manuals, and training guides.
- Work closely with SAP PP, QM, and PM consultants for functional integration.




- Support and enhance existing MII solutions and perform system upgrades as required.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MII (including BLS, PCo, and UI5).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience in integration with SAP ERP (PP, QM, PM, MM).
- Experience in handling real-time data acquisition from shop floor systems using SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity).
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, downtime, and process data monitoring.
- Experience working with SQL/Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP ME, SAP PCo, and OPC communications.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and Edge Integration.
- Exposure to SCADA, MES, or custom machine interfaces.
- Familiarity with Node-RED, Python (optional for non-SAP integration use cases).

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
