We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Assist the HR team in various recruitment and operational activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
