Sales Director – IT, Plant & Product Engineering - US & EU

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth across IT services, Plant/Manufacturing, and Product Engineering domains. This role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account growth, and large deal closures, while building strong relationships with global clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end sales strategy across IT, Plant, and Product Engineering services
- Lead new business development and achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and close large, strategic deals across target industries
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for multiple service lines
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and engineering teams to create tailored solutions
- Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Drive global sales initiatives,



especially in USA and Europe markets
- Track pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales/business development team

Key Requirements

- 18+ years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong experience in IT services, Plant/Manufacturing, and Product Engineering sales
- Proven track record of winning large deals and driving revenue growth
- Robust exposure to global markets (USA, Europe preferred)
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-service sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Industry experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Energy sectors
- Exposure to digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT, Cloud, AI/ML solutions
- Strong network and relationships in target industries
- Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery models
