B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech - Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical.

Job Description
- Represent Compny and explain advantages of their services especially MEP Design to prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates, PMCs, etc.
- Assess client requirement and identify appropriate technical solutions and service.
- Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationship with the clientele.
- Travel across the region for business & project management.
- Coordinate projects with clients and internal design team for meeting the deliverables within specify timelines.
- Technical presentation to clients, technical site visit to various projects. Explain drawings and documents as furnished by the deign team to architect/ developer / clients.
- Techno commercial negotiation with clients to book orders and at various stages of deliverables as required.
- Use appropriate judgement to optimally leverage resources to address issues or opportunities.
- To ensure customer satisfaction thereby generating repeat business.
