- Own end-to-end campaign execution from planning and brief understanding to task structuring, community execution, and final delivery
- Act as the primary POC for brands; manage expectations, timelines, and updates; build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with Partnerships, Community, Platform, and CRM teams for seamless execution
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and quality control to ensure consistent, scalable output
- Ensure explicit communication and smooth on-ground execution
- Handle delays, execution gaps, and client escalations with quick, effective problem-solving
