Job Role:
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator / Executive to manage student placements, employer coordination, and interview scheduling for training and education projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with companies for placement opportunities
- Arrange interviews, job drives, and candidate assessments
- Maintain candidate and placement records
- Support students with job-related guidance and documentation
- Follow up with employers and candidates regularly
- Prepare placement reports and MIS data
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication
- Robust follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and employers
