- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing within the SAP Sales and Distribution module.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD components to align with business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD integration with other modules.
- Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques and user exits to extend standard functionality.
- Good understanding of data migration and testing strategies within SAP environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
