Job Overview
Foximize Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and possess strong sales, counseling, and relationship-building skills to drive student admissions and business growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Counseling
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry
- Kerala local candidates only
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective students and clients
- Proficiency in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions processes
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into admissions
- Conduct counseling sessions and provide course guidance
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Build strong relationships with students and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Contribute to business growth through strategic outreach and sales initiatives
