Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our publishing business. The ideal candidate will coordinate across departments, manage e-commerce operations, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure the timely processing and dispatch of book orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and process online orders efficiently.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and dispatch.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, packaging, and supply to distributors, bookstores, institutions, and individual customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, shipments, and product availability.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support book launches, exhibitions,



and promotional events as required.
- Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.(Must)
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse management (publishing or retail experience preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
