Job Description: Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, site execution, AutoCAD, and structural drawings for commercial/industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising in office structural activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely execution of civil works as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise civil construction, structural layouts, and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, sub-contractors, and site teams.
- Read and interpret structural drawings, architectural layouts, reinforcement detailing, and concrete plans.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and site modifications when required.
- Monitor site progress, track material consumption, and ensure work completion within timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, check concrete quality/reinforcement, and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor regulations, and quality procedures on-site.
- Coordinate material procurement handling, manpower assignment, and site documentation.
- Support checking, leveling, surveying calibration, and project handover activities.




- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports, measurement sheets, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of verified, progressive experience in civil site execution/projects.
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and technical capability).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of concrete pouring, reinforcement detailing, structural drawing reading, and site leveling.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and basic technical drawing updates.
- Core Attributes: Ability to manage multiple labor teams at site with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
