Business Development

· To focus on big ticket size customers related to tender and railway, MSEB products.

· To update Company profile periodically.

· Vendor registration activity in state and central utility.

Tendering

· To assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork.

· To develop plans for streamlining tender process.

· To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.

· To oversee the compilation when necessary and drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, and compliantly.

To review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, and · inform to top management to get approval for biding.

· To investigate site, preparing logistics plan,



bulk material source nearby and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.

· To ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submission.

· To prepare technical and commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

· To support all other departments with tender related issues.

Should be willing to travel and attend exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
