Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward
- Perform daily stock verification and reconciliation
- Handle inventory management using Tally ERP
- Generate purchase entries, sales entries, and stock reports in Tally
- Manage BAS (Billing & Accounting System) operations for invoicing and tracking
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and delivery challans
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages/excess
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for stock movement
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials
- Assist in audits and provide required stock/accounting data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Supply Chain (preferred)




- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP
- Knowledge of BAS (Billing & Accounting System)
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse management
- Valuable record-keeping and organizational skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in store handling / inventory / accounts

Pay: ₹9,736.40 - ₹25,357.23 per month
