Xaltius is looking to hire a Curriculum Developer for a full-time remote role based in India. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing technical learning content in rapid-evolving technology domains and supporting our learning initiatives through high-quality, structured, and industry-relevant materials.

Responsibilities

· Develop, review, and update technical content for training programs, presentations, assessments, assignments, and lab exercises.

· Create learning materials in areas such as Data, AI, Analytics, RPA, Generative AI, and other emerging technology platforms.

· Conduct research on current technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into content development.

· Design learner-friendly content for instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning programs.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.

· Enhance existing content to improve quality, engagement, and practical relevance.

· Develop case studies, examples, and hands-on exercises aligned with real-world applications.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge in one or more of the following domains:





o Data & Analytics

o Artificial Intelligence (AI)

o Generative AI (GenAI)

o Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

o Emerging technology tools and platforms

· Strong written communication and documentation skills

· Ability to simplify technical concepts into structured learning content

· Familiarity with current industry practices and digital learning requirements

· Minimum 3 years of industry experience in relevant technical domains

· Prior experience in technical content development, training content creation, or instructional design will be an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
