We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, ensuring quality work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site activities.
Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
Check site measurements before execution.
Manage labour, materials, and daily site reports.
Ensure timely material availability and minimize wastage.
Resolve site issues in coordination with the design and project teams.
Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness.
Attend client meetings and support project handover.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, painting, and finishing works.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
