Medical Data Entry Operator to assist a doctor in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic, the candidate should be responsible for accurate documentation, patient record management, and supporting smooth OPD operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand medical terminology.
- Comfortable working alongside doctors during consultations.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of patient information.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Daily Responsibilities

- Review the doctor's appointment schedule.
- Prepare patient records before consultations.
- Enter consultation notes in real time.




- Upload investigation reports and consent forms.
- Verify treatment entries before billing.
- Prepare the next day's patient list.
- Submit end-of-day consultation and documentation reports

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, or equivalent)
- Certification in Computer Applications is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center
- Experience with EMR/Hospital Management Software preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
