Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data while generating accurate reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong MS Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various departments.
- Generate dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Create and maintain reports using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
- Automate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, or VBA (preferred).
- Coordinate with different departments to obtain timely and accurate data.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data.
- Assist in improving reporting processes and MIS systems.

Required Skills





- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Power Query).
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports within deadlines.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel or Data Analytics is preferred.
- he should know Kanada language.

Experience

- 0-3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or Reporting Executive.
- Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
