About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the

development and execution of innovative products. You will work closely with engineering,

design, marketing and Sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver solutions

that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for ROVE Dash Cameras and E-

commerce products.

Gather customer requirements and translate them into Product Requirement Documents

(PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.

Collaborate with Engineering, Firmware, Mobile App, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and

Customer Support teams to deliver high-quality products.

Prioritize product backlog, manage sprint planning, and drive Agile/Scrum product

development.

Define and launch new dash camera features such as Wi-Fi, GPS, Parking Mode, ADAS, Cloud

Connectivity, OTA Updates, and Mobile App integration.

Optimize the e-commerce experience across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy

marketplaces to improve customer experience and conversion rates.

Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitor products, and business metrics to drive

product improvements.

Track KPIs including product adoption, conversion rate, revenue, retention, CSAT, NPS, and





return rates.

Coordinate product launches, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies with cross-

functional teams.

Use data analytics and A/B testing to make informed product decisions and improve user

experience.

Manage,communicate product updates, mitigate risks, and ensure timely product delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI, IoT, or consumer technology products.
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of customer-centric product development.
