At Mosaic Wellness US, creative is the growth engine. We're a fast-scaling D2C wellness brand acquiring customers at scale through paid social

every day we hunt for the next hook, angle, and edit that converts. We're building our in-house creative team, and we want a senior editor to

own our Meta ad output and raise the bar on it. You've cut ads that scaled. You know exactly why they worked. Now do it again faster, sharper,

and at higher volume

1 Who this is for

You're a performance editor who thinks in hooks and metrics, not just aesthetics. You have owned ad creative for a D2C brand or agency, you've watched

your edits live or die by the data, and you want a seat where your craft directly moves CAC and ROAS for a brand that's actually growing. Not entry level.

Not generalist. This ones for people who have done it

What you'll own:

- The full edit UGC-style Meta or G ads (9–15s & 15–30s), raw footage to launch ready
- The hook-variation engine multiple angles per concept, plus your own ideas for what's next
- The quality bar native-feel, mobile-first cuts: captions, overlays, sound design. Authentic, not studio polished
- The feedback loop read data with performance marketing, double down on winners, kill lose.




- Scale the winners re-angle across ratios and placements (Reels, Stories,Feed).
- Shape the team build our creative process and mentor juniors as we grow.
- What we're looking for :

- 3 plus years editing short-form or performance video Meta ads that ran and scaled.
- You can explain why a hook works — hook rate, hold rate, thumb-stop, CTR. Not it looks good.
- Expert in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, fluent in CapCut and fast UGCworkflows
- High output, no quality drop — shipped at volume on tight timelines
- Direct D2C or ecommerce editing experience (wellness a solid plus).
- Independent and opinionated — you bring ideas, not just execute briefs.
