We are looking for a motivated Commercial Leasing Executive to join our growing team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up commercial leasing leads.
- Identify and source office, warehouse, and industrial properties.
- Meet clients to understand their space requirements.
- Share suitable property options and proposals.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and corporate clients.
- Negotiate lease terms and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate documentation until lease execution.
- Maintain daily follow-up and client records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
- Work closely with the sourcing and legal teams.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Performance Incentives + Career Growth Opportunities.
