Saraswathy Group is one of Kerala's leading retail and wholesale business groups with operations in Pooja Products, Dairy, Handlooms, Flowers, and Consumer Products. We are looking for energetic and responsible Store Managers to lead our retail and wholesale store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day management.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Supervise and guide store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Maintain proper merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred (Any discipline).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, supermarket,



or FMCG store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. Tamil and English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, ERP systems such as Odoo or Tally is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused.
