Key Responsibility :

​Position Summary: The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

​Key Responsibilities

· ​Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· ​Budget & Financial Management: Develop detailed project budgets, track expenses, manage cash flow, and oversee change orders to prevent cost overruns.

· ​Schedule & Progress Tracking: Create detailed construction schedules, monitor daily progress, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.

· ​Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.

· ​Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:



Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), blueprints, and quality standards.

· ​Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and city inspectors; provide regular status reports to executive leadership.

​Qualifications & Skills

· ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.

· ​Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction project management, handling Hospital , residential, & Hotel Buildings industrial projects.

· ​Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or Primavera) and CAD/BIM tools.

· ​Soft Skills: Robust leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
