Job Description- Territory Operations Manager
- Scoping and Identifying the right location and property to start the Intellitots Preschool. Managing and Increasing the directory of the Property Agent's network in the given territory
- Conducting Competition analysis
- Catchment Area scoping for planning the marketing activities
- Monitoring and Tracking the marketing activates
- Doing K12 Tie-ups
- Monitoring the the sales funnel on a daily basis and take appropriate actions
- Conducting Lost Customer Analysis and give feedback to the centre
- Providing Ticket resolution (ticketing system management)
Key Deliverables
· Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise Operations
· Identification of potential segments in the city for conducting activities to increase footfall
· Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same.
· Brand Building of the school in the target markets.
· Ensuring Safety processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards.
· Visiting and Inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted.
· Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market Development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
