Key Responsibilities:

· Platform Management: Manage and optimize Aakar Intimates’ presence across major e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon.

· Negotiation & Relationship Management: Communicate directly with platform representatives to maximize visibility, negotiate better terms, and capitalize on sales opportunities.

· Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media) to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.

· Listing Optimization: Ensure product listings are fully optimized for visibility and conversion, leveraging best practices for SEO and platform-specific guidelines.

· Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data, implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Market Research & Insights: Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and adjust strategies, ensuring continuous growth and competitive advantage

· Promotions & Strategic Positioning: Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special offers to boost sales and enhance brand positioning on e-commerce platforms.

Key Skills Required:

· E-Commerce Platform Proficiency:



Extensive experience managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and others.

· Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with platform representatives to secure advantageous terms.

· Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in running PPC campaigns, display advertising, and social media ads to drive traffic and conversions.

· SEO & Listing Optimization: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce listing optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and platform-specific ranking algorithms.

· Sales-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Apparel Industry Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the apparel industry, with a strong focus on women’s fashion.

· Budget Management: Ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
