Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter (IT or Non-IT) with a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.




- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, compensation, and talent availability.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or Non-IT roles.
- Maximum 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
