Job Description – Graphic Designer Executive (Graphic Design + Video Editing)

About the Role

Flicka Cosmetics is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Executive who can create visually appealing designs and engaging video content for digital platforms. This is a hybrid creative role that requires hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Create product creatives for website, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns.
- Design packaging mockups, brochures, flyers, and branding materials.
- Develop campaign creatives aligned with the brand identity.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging promotional videos, product videos, influencer collaboration edits, and advertisements.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging videos suitable for digital platforms.




- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into compelling visual content.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and video editing styles.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
- Knowledge of video transitions, color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,217.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
