We are an early-stage e-commerce startup building a fast-growing online brand.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who understands performance marketing and is excited to grow with a startup.

This role is for doers, not just planners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Assist in Google Ads (Search & Shopping), ChatGpt Ads
- Track performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions
- Design creatives (images/videos) with the AI design tools like Canva, Veo3,Nano Banana Pro.
- Improve landing page & product page conversion (basic CRO)
- Manage WhatsApp & retargeting campaigns
- Prepare simple weekly performance reports
- Experiment, test, and scale what works

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Basic understanding of funnels, attribution & ROAS
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ChatGpt
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment




- Willing to learn and take ownership

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Experience with WooCommerce
- Design knowledge of Canva
- WhatsApp marketing or email marketing experience
