Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in software development to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in development projects.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA environments.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with database procedures, data modeling, and integration of SAP modules.
Additional Information:
