We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (MEP) to supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at construction projects across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP works and be capable of managing site execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation works for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Monitor installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, and associated electrical systems.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate material planning and monitor site inventory.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
- Enforce all safety regulations and company policies at the project site.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP electrical works.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites across India.

- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
