Job Title: Service Advisor
Company: Titanium Mahindra
Location: Ranchi (Kamre / Irba / Ormanjhi)
Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand service requirements.
- Prepare Job Cards and coordinate with the workshop.
- Explain estimates, repairs, and delivery timelines.
- Update customers on service status and obtain approvals.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve labour sales and service targets.
Eligibility: Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical (Preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years in an automobile dealership (Mahindra experience preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 – per month (Based on experience)
