The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, while managing the complexities of both private and public cloud platforms to support future-ready technology landscapes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and address any challenges that arise.
- Monitor and optimize cloud migration workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Document migration procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques related to Oracle environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with database systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during migration and post-migration phases.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance database solutions in cloud settings.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
