Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room revenue by acquiring new corporate accounts, travel agents, government business, and group bookings while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on achieving monthly and annual revenue targets through strategic sales planning and market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new corporate, government, travel agent, and institutional business.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts to maximize repeat business.
- Conduct daily sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Generate room nights, long-stay business, and group bookings.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Participate in trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 3–7 years of hotel sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
