Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) with a strong blend of 70% Technical and 30% Functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading D365 F&O; implementation, migration, upgrade, and integration projects while providing technical leadership for enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead D365 F&O; implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
- Design scalable technical solutions and oversee development activities.
- Drive AX 2009/2012/AX 7.0 to D365 F&O; migration programs.
- Manage integrations with Azure Services, Dataverse, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, ALM processes, and Azure DevOps best practices.
- Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, performance optimization, and technical governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor development teams.

Required Skills





- 10–12 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; experience.
- Robust expertise in Dynamics AX 2009/2012, AX 7.0, and D365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands-on experience with X++, .NET, Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Experience in customizations, extensions, workflows, integrations, and data migration.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Dual-write, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure Integration Services.
- Functional understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Operations).
- Experience with enterprise-scale implementations, upgrades, and Agile/DevOps delivery.

Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform certifications and experience with large-scale global D365 F&O; implementations.
