- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable guidance or solutions
- Answering inquiries and resolving concerns over the phone
- Maintaining records of calls and client details
- Following up with leads or previous conversations
- Meeting daily/weekly call targets (in sales-oriented roles)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
