Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Modi Mahindra – Worli Showroom, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist in financial reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software such as Tally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.




- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
