Job Position: Sales Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Intern who can help grow our CityHangAround marketplace platform by selling subscription plans, video marketing packages, and onboarding local businesses. Additionally, the intern will support business growth for Honeybee Digital by generating leads and acquiring clients for our digital marketing services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship building, and working with startups.

Key ResponsibilitiesCityHangAround Marketplace

- Sell subscription plans to local businesses and service providers.
- Promote and sell video marketing packages to businesses looking to increase their online visibility.
- Identify potential leads through social media, local business directories, college networks, and online communities.
- Communicate platform benefits and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build partnerships with local communities, organizations, and business groups.
- Onboard new businesses to the CityHangAround platform.

Honeybee Digital Services

- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.




- Maintain a lead pipeline and update sales activities regularly.
- Assist in proposal follow-ups and client relationship management.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Interest in sales, startups, business development, and digital marketing.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with business owners.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer service.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
