Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, and organized Fresher to join our clinic pharmacy team.
This is an in office, dual-responsibility role involving pharmacy assistant duties and front-desk clinic coordination. Candidates living nearby in Kolshet or within Thane city limits are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Registration: Welcome patients and enter their basic information (Name, Age, Gender) into our database/register. Record which doctor or specialist consultation they want to visit.
Billing & Fee Collection: Collect consultation fees directly from patients, manage cash/digital transactions, and issue receipts. Maintain a clear record of pharmacy sales.
Commission Tracking:
Accurately log daily accounts to track specific doctor commissions and clinic revenue splits.
Pharmacy Operations: Learn and assist with stock checking, inventory management, and shelf organization. Provide basic medication counseling to patients regarding doctor-prescribed dosages.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Fresher with appropriate knowledge and Awareness of pharmacy software or Experienced.
Location Constraint: Must be living near Kolshet, Thane for an easy daily commute.
Skills: Basic numerical calculation skills for daily accounting, comfortable with computer data entry (Excel/Register), and polite verbal communication and basic of pharmacy software.
