We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead the team, maintain high service and hygiene standards, and drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with company SOPs.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Control inventory, food costs, and operational expenses.

Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

Maintain statutory, safety, and hygiene compliance.

Prepare daily operational and sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
